Another triumph from LSL Capital. Samyukta Nair strikes again – this time with a Chinese dining experience just a stone’s throw from Green Park station.

Framed by its signature turquoise canopy and a handsome wooden door, MiMi Mei Fair sets the tone from the moment you arrive. Step inside and you’re welcomed with attentive, confident service – the kind that instantly makes you feel like you’re in good hands. It’s smooth, seamless, and sets the pace for what’s to come.

Opened in 2021, MiMi spans three thoughtfully designed floors of a Georgian townhouse. The ground floor buzzes with gentle energy, the first floor offers a more intimate setting with plush banquettes and softer lighting, and upstairs you’ll find private dining spaces perfect for a special celebration or discreet business lunch. The interiors draw inspiration from old-world China while embracing a clean, modern aesthetic – stylish, warm and unmistakably Mayfair.

Off the back of its success in London, a second MiMi recently opened in Dubai – a clear indication that this isn’t just a local favourite, but a global name in the making.

This is the kind of menu that tempts you to order it all. MiMi is best enjoyed with a group, where sharing plates and table envy are all part of the fun. Among the starters, the Lantern Chicken is a must – golden, crisp, and expertly seasoned. The vegetable dim sum is a standout in its own right: colourful, well-balanced and full of flavour. The Salt and Pepper Tofu has that ideal melt-in-the-mouth texture, while the Peking Duck Bao is rich, soft, and gone in seconds. But the undisputed star of the show? The Roasted Cantonese Char Siu – sweet, smoky, perfectly glazed, and quite possibly one of the best versions of the dish in London.
