Tell us your idea – however big, small unusual or unimaginable. This first conversation is a chance for our experts to understand the scale of the trip you have imagined.
This is where we pull together the initial brief. Where we determine what’s possible and how we bring your trip to life. We will quote you on a planning fee and estimated trip cost – This is required at this stage to access this service (non-refundable and paid against the final trip cost).
This is where the finer detail comes together, we’ll work closely with you at every stage, refining the trip until it matches the exact dream you are after, or exceeds it.

A Note on the Planning Fee
Beyond Travel experiences are built from scratch, often drawing on specialists from within and well without the travel industry. This means the planning itself is a significant undertaking.
The planning fee reflects the work and secures your access to it, see it as a deposit rather than an expense. It’s non-refundable, and will be credited against your final trip cost, making it an investment in the experience and not an additional cost on top.
