Senior Events & Experiences Designer

The ROLE

As Senior Events & Experiences Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and delivery of exceptional events and experiences that align with our brand’s creative vision and global ambition. Reporting directly to our Director of Events, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our events function, bringing a design-first approach to how we conceptualise, plan, and execute world-class experiences for both corporate and private clients.

You’ll lead on creative direction, client engagement, and operational delivery, pitching ideas, designing bespoke experiences, and overseeing all elements of production from concept to completion. Your role will include managing an existing portfolio of high-profile clients, reactivating your own network from previous roles, and building new relationships through strategic business development.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Travel, Lifestyle, and Personal Shopping, as well as a curated global network of external partners. Your creativity, commercial acumen, and eye for design will be central to cra»ting extraordinary moments that reflect our values and meet our business goals.

Partner with the Director of Events to lead the strategy, design, and execution of innovative, best-in-class events.

Build and manage a trusted network of global suppliers and partners.– Creatively direct and deliver high-impact experiences globally for both private clients and corporate partners.

Be a leader in the Events & Experiences team, developing strong client relationships and consistently exceeding expectations.

Seamlessly collaborate with internal teams across Travel, Lifestyle, and Personal Shopping to create integrated experiences.

Bring a design-led mindset to event development, from visual storytelling to spatial design and guest journey mapping.

The Candidate

Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, high-profile events.

Financially literate with strong budget management skills.

Able to manage pressure and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptionally organised and self-motivated.

Open to frequent travel.
