Head of Events

As Head of Events, you will step into a leadership role overseeing the Events & Experiences team during a pivotal phase of growth and delivery. You’ll provide creative, strategic, and operational direction to ensure we continue producing exceptional, design-led experiences for our global portfolio of private and corporate clients.
Leading a high-performing team, you will be responsible for maintaining creative excellence, client relationships, and commercial performance across all event projects. You’ll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across the business, aligning the Events strategy with our brand’s wider vision and growth ambitions.

Lead the Events & Experiences team, providing hands-on strategic, creative, and operational direction across all live and pipeline projects. Oversee and support the Senior Event & Experiences Designer, and Events Executive in delivering world-class events, ensuring creative integrity and seamless execution.
Maintain and grow trusted relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring a best-in-class service experience. Uphold and evolve the creative vision of the Events function, ensuring all experiences align with brand values and commercial goals.
Partner closely with internal teams (Travel, Lifestyle, Personal Shopping, Partnerships) to deliver fully integrated client experiences. Manage team workflows, production timelines, and budgets with precision and foresight. Represent the Events function in senior leadership meetings and collaborate on long-term business planning. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to maintain momentum during the cover period.

A senior leader with proven experience in events, experiential, or
creative production roles, with a great supplier and client network.
Experience within a luxury events agency, Lifestyle, or Membership
body framework.
Strong creative sensibility with a passion for design-led experiences
and storytelling.
Exceptional team management skills, with the ability to lead and
inspire under pressure.
Confident in client-facing roles, including pitching, relationship
management, and crisis resolution.
Financially astute, with experience overseeing large-scale budgets
and commercial forecasting.
Solutions-focused, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple.
