We organise and execute world leading holidaysfor our members across the globe. As a senior member of the travel team, youwill be expected to work on the planning, pitching and execution of trips ofyour own book of company clients. You will be looked on as a subject matterexpert in your field and feed your knowledge into the business.

Managing a client list of UHNWcompany clients for all their travel related services autonomously.
Working with pool clients for theirtravel related enquiries where appropriate.
Acting as a key travel subjectmatter expert within the business.
Pitch writing and production:Responsible for collating information and working with suppliers on bespokeitineraries and building client facing pitch documents.
Project planning: Curating andmanaging bespoke detail orientated itineraries right from the initial planningphase through to execution of the trips successfully.
Research: Helping to build personaland team industry knowledge on global travel destinations for proactive, activeand reactive client enquiries.
Administration: Responsible forcompany and team administration where appropriate.
Finance: Fiscal responsibility ofyour own client trips, which directly feed into the travel team P&L.

5 years+ experience working within theHNW/UHNW travel industry.
Black book of suppliers.
Your own client book and experience ofworking with clients directly.
Strong organisational skills with anexceptional eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both writtenand verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite andideally Adobe suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities efficiently.
Experience working with UHNW clients ispreferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalentexperience.
Proactive and self-motivated with a ‘can-do’attitude.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong team player with a collaborativemindset.
Passion for travel and luxury lifestyleservices.
Ability to remain calm and efficient underpressure.
