“I’ve always been drawn to the edges of the map, the kind of places that don’t appear in glossy magazines or trending lists. Over the past 15 years, my career in travel has taken me across continents, living in Madrid, Los Angeles, and Mexico, building a layered understanding of both the familiar and the unfamiliar. But it’s also my personal journeys that have pushed my imagination and creativity.

I’ve always been drawn to the edges of the map, the kind of places that don’t appear in glossy magazines or trending lists...Socotra was one of those journeys.
Socotra was one of those journeys. A raw, otherworldly island adrift in the Arabian Sea. It’s an island sculpted by time and legend; where forests of dragon blood trees stand proud and giant white sand dunes touch the Arabian Sea. The island is otherworldly in every sense: stark, silent, sublime. It hasn’t yet bent to the weight of mass tourism and that’s precisely its magic and its fragility. Camping under a sky full of stars I was reminded that travel is a quiet act of reverence. We’re not just here to witness beauty, but to protect it. To tell stories that illuminate, not exploit. To move through the world with care, curiosity, and a deep respect for the places that still hold their secret.”
